It was when I was planning my scratch-off-my-Bucket List trip to Europe in 2013, that I first met Jennifer McFaden and have since forged a great bond on both a personal and professional level. I had been dreaming of this vacation for more than 20 years and Jennifer made the process unbelievably easy and seamless.
I have worked with travel agents before where I felt like I had to constantly remind them of things that I needed them to check on for me, but Jennifer handled everything start to finish and we made such an excellent team. She really took the time to understand everything I wanted in my dream vacation and made sure that it delivered. What impressed me more is that she followed up several times after I got back to make sure that it was a trip of a lifetime.
